131 Main (Asheville, NC): Biltmore Park Town Square’s finest

While traveling from New Mexico to North Carolina, Film and Food stopped off in Asheville overnight.  Thanks to the concierge at our hotel, we ended up at 131 Main for dinner.  Located in the up-scale Biltmore Park Town Square, the attention to detail and presentation, excellent service, and the top-notch fresh food set this restaurant apart.

After our long drive, a dirty martini really hit the spot!

Roasted chicken, smashed red potatoes, and demi-glace

Simple but flavorful cucumber salad

Marinated steak and hand-cut fries for the teen in your party
